Rohit Sodha has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2005, they started their career as a Research Associate at McKinsey & Company. After that, they worked at DHL in various roles, including Strategic Planning Consultant, Senior Expert - Corporate Development, and Director - Product Development. In 2014, they co-founded and became the Managing Director of International Trading Technology. Rohit then joined Amazon in 2015, where they held positions such as Country Lead - Transportation - Middle Europe and later Country Manager - DACH, Amazon Devices Sales. In 2019, they became the Managing Director - Germany at Bunzl plc. Most recently, starting in 2022, they are serving as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at merXu.

In 2019 he published his book Happiness to the Power of Infinity.

Rohit Sodha has a diverse education history. In 1999, they attended Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree. Following this, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the FORE School of Management in New Delhi. In 2017, they completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. In terms of additional certifications, Rohit obtained the Prince 2 Foundation qualification from APMG-International in August 2013 and the First Choice Master Bronze - Six Sigma Certification from DHL in October 2009.
