Annabelle Williams is the Founder and CEO of Grit & Gold, a company dedicated to helping people unleash their potential.
Annabelle has worn a number of different hats over the years: international motivational speaker, Paralympic gold medalist, five-time world record holder, corporate lawyer at Allens Linklaters, legal counsel for the Australian Olympic Committee, sports broadcaster, board director, stunt-double for Charlize Theron, and Mum to little Josie.
Born without a left hand and forearm, Annabelle always found strength in her own determination, but at the same time, knows that her life has been significantly shaped by the empathy and kindness of others. Whether her experience relates on a professional or personal level—she believes that we all have a greater power within, we just have to learn how to realise it.
When she’s not on the international stage, Annabelle can be found commentating major sporting events or working as Vice President of Paralympics Australia. Annabelle has received the Medal of the Order of Australia, awarded for her service to sport.
Annabelle leverages her unique background and approach to empower people to become their best selves. She embodies how determination, kindness and a little humor can come together to help individuals overcome challenges, reach their potential and thrive.
